Anyone know where I can get a user and service manual for a 1989 Evinrude 140hp 2 stroke? I found a few places asking for $30 but wondered if there are any free downloads anywhere.Very unlikely to find a free download OMC sold the rights to all the manuals upto 2010 to Ken Cook Co, aka Outboard books.com, from where owners manuals and workshop manuals can be bought However this Seloc Manual covers your model but it covers so many models that it is a pretty poor substitute for a model specific OEM manual.
